The Land Patent Bundle includes all of the required documentation for completing the land patent process, prepared for you. In addition, we will engage a Title Abstractor on your behalf, who will conduct your chain of title research. Instructions will also be provided explaining how to place the required 61 day public posting notice in the legal section of your local newspaper and how to record your completed documents with your local county recorder.
